The inside is beautiful! The staff is very friendly. The beds are really comfortable. The food at the Firelake Bar & Grill inside the property was delicious!! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Full breakfast was not offered due to the COVID19 pandemic but the area had plenty of convenient eatery's.

Aesthetically pleasing. Priced great. Feels comfortable. A central location for our local activities. I will be frequently visiting the area over the summer. This will be the only hotel I stay in when in the Cleveland area (As long as the prices don’t soar.).

Wonderful staff, comfortable beds and clean rooms. Convenient location off the highway made it a perfect stopover for my work trip to Chicago. Will definitely stay here again!
